It’s said that alpha males lead and beta males follow. But we live in the era of Web 2.0 and excuse me but doesn’t that also mean we exist in an Google-style environment  where work/life is ‘always in beta’…And therefore that the beta male is ‘always in development’? And ain’t that a good environmental fit? And don’t that signal the death of the alpha male?
