I’m not recognised

“Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.” -Michael Scott

Of course I’m only mad ’cause my link, on the page on Wikipedia on the history of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis where Martin Luther King was assassinated, to my blog page on the subject, was removed for violating the Wikipedia External Links rule: “Links to blogs and personal web pages, except those written by a recognized authority.” And I’m not  recognised.

Numbers 1

After Simon Singh’s talk recently which highlighted the fact that the number 1 appears relatively more frequently than others I was amused to noticed goign through Durham station that the time was 11:11 on 1st April. Cue laughter. Later it was 12:34 at Newark North Gate. Then I saw a herd of deer of different sizes and shades self-organised in a circle. Funny hey? And only that morning I’d gone down to breakfast and found myself with a gamers role planning international tournament, which gave me chance to ask about the relative advantages against online gaming.
