Above Tesla 7 MRI question
Attended very interesting talk by Nobel Prize winner Sir Peter Mansfield on developments in MRI at a IET healthcare technology event on Tuesday evening — apparently Tesla 7 is the safe limit for patient use. So why are there machines in the US which are above Tesla 7? I’d like to find out.
PS: He thinks the incoming EU EMF directive which impacts on the use of MRI is pretty silly.
